Come to Harbor Point Central Plaza from 11-4 to meet new people, learn more about local businesses, talk with professionals about personalizing your wellness lifestyle, sample and purchase products/services/disciplines that help personal wellness, engage with your neighbors & the community
Our Presenting Sponsor: Merritt Clubs will be on site putting on health and wellness demos that will include;
Zumba/Merritt Clubs, Nutrition/Merritt Clubs, Meditation/PURE~MOXIE, Self Defense/Yuki Academy and Acupuncture/TBD. Ask the Merritt Clubs and other professionals, local business/organizations questions about your own health and wellness regiments, enjoy a family-friendly free festival complete with a kid zone, and have some fun learning more about self-care!
