It's a Corporate Karting Competition!
Get your teams together and let’s race! Come out to compete for the Chris Rachuba Cup, in memory of Hero volunteer, Karting enthusiast, competitor and winner, Chris Rachuba.
There Goes My Hero and United Karting - BWI have partnered to host a charity racing event to save lives, provide hope, and help those impacted by blood cancer. Each team consists of 6 drivers. Each team member will receive a giveaway and dinner included in their ticket price. Don't forget awards for the winning teams!
Two free practicing sessions are included for each team member.
Practice rounds will be available 1 month prior to the event.
Arrive early for practice laps.
As part of our partnership with the Hackerman-Patz Patient and Family Pavilion at Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland Medical Center, we are asking all participants and guests to bring unused/ unopened items to donate:
- Toiletry Items (Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, etc.)
- Non-Perishable Food Items
- Reusable Plastic Food Containers
- Saran Wrap, Foil, Plastic Storage Bags
- Magazines (i.e.: People Weekly Magazine, Baltimore Magazine)
- Books, Games, Puzzles
- Postage Stamps, Stationery, Note Cards
- Disinfectant Cleaning Wipes
- Coffee Pots
- Kitchen Utensils
